Our Privacy Policy explains how www.happyimpulse.com (the “Site,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you browse, interact with, or make a purchase from our online store. Whether exploring our unique LGBTQ+ themed accessories and apparel or completing a transaction, we are committed to protecting your information and ensuring transparency in how we use it.

Thanks for visiting Happy Impulse! Happy Impulse (“Happy Impulse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. When it comes to your personal information, we believe in transparency, not surprises. That’s why we’ve set out here, what personal information we collect, what we do with it and your choices and rights.
1. Some key terms
In our Privacy Policy, when we refer to “users”, we include visitors and customers to our sites. We explain who we are in the “Who is Happy Impulse?” section below. The users, visitors and customers of, our site are “End Users”. Any other capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings in our Terms & Conditions.
2. How does this Privacy Policy apply
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
This Privacy Policy describes what we do with personal information that we collect and use for our own purposes (i.e., where we are a controller), such as your account information and information about how you use and interact with our products, including information you submit to our customer support.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
4. We obtain Personal Information from various sources. We do this in three main ways:
- You provide some of it directly (such as by registering for an Account).
- We record some of it automatically when you use our site (including with technologies like cookies).
- We receive some of it from third parties (like when you register for an account using a Third Party Service or when you make payments to us using our payment processor or via a mobile app store).
5. How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

- We may share personal information with our service providers that perform services on our behalf. For example, we may use third parties to help us provide customer support, manage our advertisements on other sites, send marketing and other communications on our behalf or assist with data storage.
- For process payments, we transmit your personal information via an encrypted connection.
- Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
7. Payment Information
Our Users’ payment information may be processed via third party eCommerce Payment Processors with which we integrate into our site, in accordance with such eCommerce Payment Processors’ terms and policies. We transmit our Users’ complete payment information when they initially provide or update it only so that we can pass it along to the eCommerce Payment Processors. We don’t collect or store your payment information.
8. Behavioural Advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
10. European Residents
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
11. Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
12. Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
12. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes in technology, law, our business operations or any other reason we determine is necessary or appropriate. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of the Privacy Policy and post it on our sites. If we make material changes to it or the ways we process personal information, we’ll notify you (by, for example, prominently posting a notice of the changes on our sites before they take effect or directly sending you a notification).

13. Who is Happy Impulse?
When we say “Happy Impulse” (or “we”, “us” or “our”), we mean: (a) Happy Impulse LLC. if you are a resident of or have your principal place of business in the United States of America or any of its territories or possessions (the “US”).
If your place of residence or principal place of business changes, the Happy Impulse entity that controls your personal information will be determined by your new residence or principal place of residence from the date it changes.
