Is your artwork original? Plus

Yes! All the artwork on our merchandise is original.

Do you do commissioned work? Plus
  • No, we are fully focused on the brand and a few personal projects. However, there are many great designers out there. We recommend checking out Dribbble and Behance.
We want to use your designs for my brand/company. Is that possible? Plus
  • We are flattered by your interest, but we do not license or sell the usage rights to our designs at this time. However we are open to collaborations.
Can you make pins/patches/t-shirts for me? Plus
  • No, we do not offer manufacturing or printing services.
Do you have a brick-and-mortar shop? Plus
  • While we do not have a physical store, we participate in pop-ups across the country several times a year.
Can I come and visit your studio? Plus
  • We appreciate your interest, but the studio, being located in a private home, is not open to the public. However, Roberta (the maker) is always open to arranging a coffee meet-up.

An item I want is Sold Out, will you be restocking it in the future? Plus
  • Some items we restock, but others might be a one and done design. The best way to stay up to date is to sign up for our mailing list. We will also always post on our social accounts when new or restocked items come back.
How can I stock your products in my shop? Plus
  • Email info@happyimpulse.com with your shop details for a prompt reply. As an independent brand, we focus on smaller wholesale orders.
  • To maximize support for our brand and keep more revenue in-house, consider ordering directly from us.
  • Alternatively, you can also purchase through our Faire direct link.

What payment methods do you accept? Plus
  • All of our online payments are handled safely and securely through Shopify. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal | Visa | MasterCard | American Express | Discover | Apple Pay | Happy Impulse Gift eCards

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order details and shipping information.
  • If you haven't received the confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam folder.

  • First, please check your shipping confirmation carefully to ensure that you provided the correct address. If the address was incorrect, get in touch right away to see what can be done.

  • Our t-shirts come in a unisex fit, reflecting our belief that gender is a social construct. We proudly support the LGBTQ+ community and this is reflected in our inclusive sizing. For the best fit, compare measurements of a t-shirt you own with our size charts on each product’s detail page.

  • At the moment, Happy Impulse exclusively offers eGift Cards. These are digital gifts sent directly to the recipient's email.
How are eGift Cards sent to recipients? Plus
  • Once you've purchased a Happy Impulse eGift Card, it's delivered to the specified recipient via email within an hour.
What should I do if my recipient hasn't received their eGift Card? Plus
  • If the eGift Card hasn't landed in the recipient's inbox, suggest they check their spam folder. If it still isn't found, feel free to email us at info@HappyImpulse.com for assistance.
Do eGift Cards expire? Plus
  • Great news! Our eGift Cards at Happy Impulse have no expiration date!
Are there any fees for eGift Cards? Plus
  • No, we do not charge any additional fees for Happy Impulse eGift Cards.
Can I return an eGift Card? Plus
  • Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for our eGift Cards.
Where can I use Happy Impulse eGift Cards? Plus
  • Our eGift Cards are exclusively redeemable on the Happy Impulse website.
What if my eGift Card doesn't cover the full amount of my order? Plus
  • If your eGift Card's balance doesn't cover the entire order, you'll need to use another payment method to pay the remaining amount. At present, only one eGift Card can be redeemed per order.
I accidentally sent my eGift Card to the wrong email address. Plus

I have a Happy Impulse eGift Card but I can’t find my eGift Card number or PIN. Plus

When will my package arrive? Plus

Tracking number? Plus
  • Once your package has been shipped, we'll send a tracking number to your email. This allows you to track your parcel via your local postal service's website using this same tracking number.
  • If the tracking status shows that the package could not be delivered for any reason, it would be best to contact your local post office directly for more information.

Do I need to be there to sign for it? Plus
  • No, there's no need for you to sign upon delivery. If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your door-person.
International
Do you ship internationally? Plus
  • Typically, we do offer internal shipping. However, due to current tariffs, we've had to put internal shipping on hold temporarily.

Provided all items are in stock, we can dispatch your order within 4 business days. However, for handmade SKUs that are currently out of stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment.

What are your payment terms? Plus
  • Our payment terms require full payment upfront for the initial order. Subsequent orders will be processed with Net 30 terms, allowing 30 days after the invoice date for payment.
What support do you provide for defective or damaged products? Plus
  • We make sure every product reaches you in perfect shape. If anything arrives damaged or isn't up to par, send us an email and we'll fix the issue.
Privacy
Does Happy Impulse sell or distribute customer email addresses? Plus
  • Absolutely not! Happy Impulse respects your privacy. We do not sell or distribute our customer email lists under any circumstances.
