Art
Yes! All the artwork on our merchandise is original.
- We are flattered by your interest, but we do not license or sell the usage rights to our designs at this time. However we are open to collaborations.
- No, we do not offer manufacturing or printing services.
- While we do not have a physical store, we participate in pop-ups across the country several times a year.
- We appreciate your interest, but the studio, being located in a private home, is not open to the public. However, Roberta (the maker) is always open to arranging a coffee meet-up.
Products
- Some items we restock, but others might be a one and done design. The best way to stay up to date is to sign up for our mailing list. We will also always post on our social accounts when new or restocked items come back.
- Email info@happyimpulse.com with your shop details for a prompt reply. As an independent brand, we focus on smaller wholesale orders.

Orders
No, you can place your order and check out as a guest.
- All of our online payments are handled safely and securely through Shopify. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal | Visa | MasterCard | American Express | Discover | Apple Pay | Happy Impulse Gift eCards
- Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order details and shipping information.
- If you haven't received the confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam folder.
- Should the confirmation email be missing in your spam, please get in touch with us.
- Should you notice any errors, kindly email us at info@HappyImpulse.com as soon as possible, include your order number in the subject line, so we can address the issue as soon as possible.
- If your order hasn't arrived, make sure to let us know!
- First, please check your shipping confirmation carefully to ensure that you provided the correct address. If the address was incorrect, get in touch right away to see what can be done.
- If the shipping address was correct and you didn't receive your order, please contact me at: info@HappyImpulse.com, noting your order number in your correspondence.
- If you return a item in new condition within 30 days, we will provide the refund to the original payment method equivalent to the price you paid for the item(s).

- Our t-shirts come in a unisex fit, reflecting our belief that gender is a social construct. We proudly support the LGBTQ+ community and this is reflected in our inclusive sizing. For the best fit, compare measurements of a t-shirt you own with our size charts on each product’s detail page.

Gift Cards
- At the moment, Happy Impulse exclusively offers eGift Cards. These are digital gifts sent directly to the recipient's email.
- Once you've purchased a Happy Impulse eGift Card, it's delivered to the specified recipient via email within an hour.
- If the eGift Card hasn't landed in the recipient's inbox, suggest they check their spam folder. If it still isn't found, feel free to email us at info@HappyImpulse.com for assistance.
- Great news! Our eGift Cards at Happy Impulse have no expiration date!
- No, we do not charge any additional fees for Happy Impulse eGift Cards.
- Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for our eGift Cards.
- Our eGift Cards are exclusively redeemable on the Happy Impulse website.
- If your eGift Card's balance doesn't cover the entire order, you'll need to use another payment method to pay the remaining amount. At present, only one eGift Card can be redeemed per order.

Shipping
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- We ship via USPS with a tracking number.
- Currently $6 - Flat Rate Domestic.

- Once your package has been shipped, we'll send a tracking number to your email. This allows you to track your parcel via your local postal service's website using this same tracking number.
- If the tracking status shows that the package could not be delivered for any reason, it would be best to contact your local post office directly for more information.

- No, there's no need for you to sign upon delivery. If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your door-person.
International
- Typically, we do offer internal shipping. However, due to current tariffs, we've had to put internal shipping on hold temporarily.

Provided all items are in stock, we can dispatch your order within 4 business days. However, for handmade SKUs that are currently out of stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment.

- Our payment terms require full payment upfront for the initial order. Subsequent orders will be processed with Net 30 terms, allowing 30 days after the invoice date for payment.
- We make sure every product reaches you in perfect shape. If anything arrives damaged or isn't up to par, send us an email and we'll fix the issue.

- Absolutely not! Happy Impulse respects your privacy. We do not sell or distribute our customer email lists under any circumstances.
